Terms and Cancellations.If you wish to cancel a lesson a minimum of 24 hours prior notice should be given. If you do not give at least 24 hours notice of cancellation, I have the right to charge for the lesson(s) concerned. If you are under the influence of drink or drugs your lesson will be cancelled with no refund. If you book a lesson and i turn up at our nominated pick up location to begin the lesson and i get no reply i will wait 10 minutes and the lesson fee will still need to be paid. I do not offer refunds on block bookings once your lessons begin. It is my car and if i do not think you will be safe to use it for the test i will refuse to let you use the car. It is pupil's responsibility for the car whilst on the driving test. Any damage to the car caused whilst on the driving test must be paid for in full by the pupil. Pre-Paid and Block Bookings must be redeemed within 6 months of purchase. By booking a lesson you agree with the terms and conditions above. |
